European Regular ZY Qigong Online Practice

Dear Members of the ZYQ Community,

Thank you for your interest in our regular evening practice sessions.

These sessions are created to support and deepen your ZYQ practice by offering the opportunity to practice consistently in a larger group and under the guidance of experienced instructors. They also provide a welcoming space for community connection, mutual exchange, and getting to know one another in an informal and supportive environment.

⁠The sessions will be led by instructors either in English or in their native language. In the latter case, English-language PowerPoint slides will be provided, making it easy to follow the practice even when taught in a foreign language.

Regular evening ZYQ sessions online:

WHEN - Every work day at 19:00 CET (18:00 GMT)

WHERE - Online group practice, access provided as a Zoom link to subscribers.

CONDITIONS - Successful completion of ZYQ Level 1 course, enrollment to the event through registration.

HOST SCHEDULE - March - Hungary,

April - Slovakia,

May - Latvia,

June - Germany and Czech Republic jointly.

HOW TO APPLY - Please complete the Registration form to apply for this event. ⁠Continuous enrollment is available throughout the program though registration is required for each month you wish to attend the practice.

Once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing the Zoom link to join the online session. You will also receive an invitation to join our dedicated WhatsApp group, where you’ll receive additional information, event updates, and the latest news from Kundawell Europe.

You’ll receive a reminder at the end of the month to register for the following month as well.

We are pleased to inform you that — Kundawell Europe, o.z. has recently been established. The organization has been created to help unify ZYQ and CIM policies across the European Union and the United Kingdom. Its mission is to support existing ZYQ and CIM communities, help attract new students and increase awareness about ZYQ and CIM in the general public. 

Kundawell Europe will oversee the development and management of a centralized website, Facebook and Instagram channels to support international European activities. The organization will coordinate and promote retreats, courses, and major events across Europe, including supporting the organization of Master Xu Mingtang’s events in Europe and the UK. In addition, Kundawell Europe will develop strategic policies and marketing initiatives to increase awareness of ZYQ and CIM and to welcome and inspire new students throughout the region.

As one of its first activities, Kundawell Europe in cooperation with national ZYQ associations and communities shall organize regular online sessions:

• Commencing in March 2026, an online group practice of ZYQ shall be available, delivered by a group of volunteer instructors originating in various countries. Details about this event are provided above. 

• Commencing in October 2026, a weekly session of CIM practice shall be available as well.

• Proceeds from these events shall be used to support the Biguan Project.

We look forward to practicing together, and mutual collaboration across Europe.
